Today, a new vision by acclaimed interior designer Lazaro Rosa-Violan brings this remarkable heritage into the present. Fonda España, our signature restaurant, pays tribute to the great traditional *fonda* of Spain through a culinary concept led by renowned chef Martín Berasategui.
